Time engraves the footprints of our efforts, and coming together gives us strength to move forward.
On January 26, 2026, the Zhejiang Jumiao 2026 Annual Gala, themed “True to Our Original Aspiration for More Than a Decade, United We Set Sail for the Future”, was held at Zhejiang Jumiao Laminated Fabric Co., Ltd. and came to a successful close!
All members of the Jumiao family and specially invited partners gathered together to look back on a 2025 of steady endeavour and to map out a 2026 full of hope. It was a celebration of honour, a warm reunion, and above all a resounding call to set sail on a new journey!
Gathering in Unity, Warmth Across the Plant
A familiar plant, a different kind of festivity!
Setting aside the toil of work and putting on their clean company uniforms, members of the Jumiao family arrived one after another at the carefully decorated gala venue, carrying the sense of fulfilment and joy that comes from a year of hard work. There was no glamorous red carpet, but there were the warm smiles of colleagues; there were no dazzling lights, but the decorations, arranged with real care, filled the venue with a rich festive atmosphere. At the signature wall, everyone left a simple signature and posed for photographs, recording this warm moment that belongs to every one of Jumiao’s strivers. The venue was filled with an air that was plain, lively and warm, and in the eyes of every member of the Jumiao team shone pride in the achievements of the past year and hope for the development ahead.
Speaking from the Heart, a Tribute to Hard Work
As the gala began, General Manager Li Rui stepped onto the stage. There were no elaborate words and no lengthy report — only the most plain yet deeply felt words from the heart of a leader to the colleagues who had fought alongside her.
General Manager Li expressed heartfelt gratitude to every colleague for their hard work over the past year.
Thanks to our sales colleagues at the front line: It is you who, sparing no effort and braving wind and rain, have opened up markets and won orders for the company — you are the “trailblazers” of our development!
Thanks to our workshop colleagues who held their posts: It is every drop of sweat and every moment of focus you gave at the machines and on the production line that has woven the quality foundation of Jumiao’s products — you are the company’s most solid and dependable “mainstay”!
Thanks to all our colleagues in support roles: It is your quiet dedication and close teamwork that has kept this ship of a company sailing steadily.
“You have all truly worked hard!” General Manager Li said with feeling. “This year was not easy. I saw the exhaustion of those working overtime to meet orders, and I saw the eyes reddened by late nights spent on difficult problems. It is precisely the perseverance and dedication of every one of you in an ordinary post that has allowed our Jumiao family to move steadily forward through challenges. You are the most admirable people!”
This thanks from the bottom of her heart, this deep recognition of the value of front-line employees, and this shared memory of pulling together through difficult times moved every member of the Jumiao family present. Wave after wave of warm and sustained applause rang out from the floor, and many eyes glistened with emotion. In that moment, hearts were closer than ever.
General Manager Li’s address was brief, yet every word carried weight, full of strength and warmth. In the most sincere way, she paid the highest tribute to every one of Jumiao’s strivers, and once again kindled everyone’s enthusiasm and confidence in standing united and striving on in the new year.
